1. Introduction

3. Account Management

The opening or maintenance of more than one account by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity information — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your yy888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. yy888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the yy888 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). yy888 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of locally relevant payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Raast, USDT TRC20, and Cash OTC, subject to availability and applicable limits.

All deposits made to a yy888 account must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. yy888 will not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source may be returned or result in account suspension pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

13. Termination

yy888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider related to a deposit on the account.
• Any action or behaviour that yy888 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity, reputation, or security of the platform.

Upon termination for cause, yy888 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not the result of player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method used for deposit.

14. Disputes & Complaints

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support process, you may escalate it to the yy888 complaints management team by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected]. yy888 will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 15 business days.

All disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game round must be raised within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised outside this window will not be considered.

15. Amendments

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. 16. Governing Law
